Our approach

Gambling should be entertainment. Our games are only for adults, and we keep a strict 18+ age policy. Gambling can become addictive, so we build safeguards into every account.

Yearly loss limit

Every player in the PAF Group automatically has a yearly loss limit that depends on age: £12,532 from age 25, £5,317 for ages 20 to 24 and £1,519 for ages 18 and 19. Losses are counted as deposits minus withdrawals over the calendar year. Once you reach your limit, you cannot deposit again until the next year begins. We make no exceptions.

Your own limits

You can set your own limits on deposits, losses and playing time, and you can freeze chosen game categories for a set period. If you want a longer break, ask us to lock your account. A lock that runs until further notice can be lifted no sooner than twelve months later.

Radar and marketing

Our Radar system watches for risky patterns so we can reach out early. We group players by their play over the last 90 days and do not send marketing to anyone in a risk group.

Self-test

Our short self-test follows the PGSI standard. It is anonymous, and the answers are not stored.
