Who can register

Your payment method

Requesting a withdrawal

When we pause a payout

We may postpone a withdrawal where concrete and reasonable grounds point to a suspected breach of our rules or the law, or where security, fraud prevention or anti-money-laundering checks require it.

Verification documents

We may ask for documents that are necessary and proportionate to verify your identity, your payment methods and your entitlement to the funds. While we check

We may temporarily withhold the funds recorded in your account while a check is in progress. We carry out reviews without undue delay, although legal or authority requirements, or a lack of cooperation on your part, can delay a withdrawal.

When the check ends

If a check ends without any breach being established, we make the funds available without undue delay. If requested documents are not provided within a reasonable time, or a check establishes a breach, we may refuse withdrawal, withhold funds and take other measures in line with the agreement, the law or a decision of a competent authority.

Personal limits

You can set limits on how much you deposit or lose and on how long you play. You can also freeze game categories for a period you choose.

Account lock

You can ask us for your account to be locked. A lock stops you using that account and opening a new gaming account, and we confirm it by email. An account locked until further notice can be reopened at the earliest after twelve months.
