Who looks after your data

PAF New Tech Limited (company number C 108503, Floriana, Malta) is responsible for the personal data we hold about Golden Bull players. The PAF Group has a data protection officer based in Mariehamn, Åland. We follow the EU data protection rules.

What we collect

When you register we collect the details needed to open an account, and later the details we need to pay out to the account or wallet you use for money. We may also check data with outside sources, such as public records for your name and address, the Spelpaus register, income information from the tax office, and reports from game studios about cheating or fraud. Players under 18 must not give us any personal data.

Why we use it

We use your data to run your account and our games, to meet our legal duties against money laundering, to protect players from problem gambling and to send marketing if you allow it. Some checks are automatic, for example the block on new deposits once the yearly loss limit is reached.

Who we share it with

Your data is treated as confidential. We share it with game studios, IT and payment partners, fraud prevention services and marketing agencies that work for us under written agreements, and within the PAF Group in the EU. Authorities such as Spelinspektionen, the police or the tax office receive data when the law requires it. If data leaves the EU or EEA, we rely on approved safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

As a rule we keep your data for two years after you stop being a customer. Laws on accounting and money laundering can make that period longer. Recorded phone calls are kept for 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold, have it corrected, have it erased, limit how we use it, object to direct marketing and take your data with you. You can choose your marketing channels in your account settings. You can also complain to a data protection authority. Some requests can be refused when a law requires us to keep the data.
